Small Group Training for Serious Athletes.

Here at Boost we’re all about athletic training and performance. Geared towards athletes of all sports, movement efficiency and building strength through training is always our end goal. Whether it be linear, lateral, or multi-directional speed, we teach techniques to help our athletes move as dynamically as the demand of their sport.

Working at the elite and youth level for the past 7 years, we help individual athletes and organizations design and implement unique strength and conditioning programs for your athletes. Whether it is speed training for a small group (9-12 athletes) or a large camp requiring tempo and execution (100+ athletes), Boost Training and Coach Bass can help to achieve your goals.

Although athletic performance drives us, we believe every individual possesses unlimited athletic potential. We offer athletic training programs for all sports including baseball, soccer, football, lacrosse, softball, basketball, and our youth fitness club for those who wish to stay fit and active but not participate in team sports.

We are located in the inland empire of Southern California at 211 Dupont St. Suite 101, Corona, CA 92879. Your first strength and speed class is free, stop by to check it out!
