VertiMax Training
VertiMax technology allows high velocity resistance training without the drawbacks associated with traditional elastic training bands. Traditional elastic bands come with a significant amount of drawbacks such as:
- Extreme changes in resistance for small ranges of motion that can jeopardize movement integrity.
- Resistance changes that make stabilization difficult and often only suitable for advanced athletes.
- Traditional bands often require athletes to train in pairs, not allowing sufficient work recovery.
The VertiMax eliminates these issues by compressing elastic bands into a mechanical pulley system that prevents extreme increases in resistance as the band is stretched. Put simply this allows an athlete to feel the same resistance throughout an entire range of motion or distance.
This is a game changer for applying bands for resistance training as now athletes can safely and more effectively execute multi planar movements at higher velocities.
